Congratulations! You have finished the sixth module of LUNA! You are halfway through!
 
This week, we talked about how to think back and reflect on what you feel after practicing a step in your mission plan. Here are some summary points to keep in mind as you practice steps in your mission plan and reflect on them!

  1. Everyone has stinking thinking.
  2. When we are anxious, we think that something bad will happen to us.
  3. This is not always true!
  4. Practicing your mission plan helps you test out your stinking thinking.
  5. Practicing your mission plan will help you learn new things about your fears and anxieties.

Over the next week, make sure you remember to:

  1. Practice your mission plan! Plan out your practice using the
  2. Fill in your every time you practice your mission plan.
  3. If you feel ready, make a new mission plan.
