You have made it to the end of your journey with LUNA! We know that you have put in a lot of love and hard work to make it this far, and whether or not you have seen differences in your child鈥檚 anxiety, you should feel proud of yourself for helping them come all this way! We understand that being a parent is not easy, especially when you have to manage someone else鈥檚 anxiety, so it is okay if at times you have felt tired, impatient, or stressed along the way. However, it is harder to be the parent you want to be when you are not taking care of yourself. It can be hard to make time, but try to squeeze in moments throughout the day to decompress and be there for yourself! Whether that be through physical activity, relaxation strategies, hobbies, social support, or anything else that you enjoy.
