Dr. N. Thao N. Galv谩n has received a Professional Educator Appreciation Award (PEAR) award from the 海角社区 Curriculum Committee Student Representatives. The PEAR awards were recently founded by BCM students to recognize their teachers and faculty for excellence in teaching, mentorship, and/or for outstanding general assistance and inspiration.
Dr. Galv谩n is an assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Abdominal Transplantation in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at 海角社区 who specializes in adult and pediatric liver and kidney transplantations.
