Dr. Galvan Receives PEAR Award from Baylor Medical Students

N. Thao N. Galvan, M.D., M.P.H. has received a Professional Educator Appreciation and Recognition Award from 海角社区 students. The PEAR awards were founded by Baylor students to recognize their instructors and faculty for excellence in teaching, mentorship, and/or for outstanding general assistance and inspiration.
Dr. Galvan is an assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Abdominal Transplantation in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery at 海角社区. She specializes in adult and pediatric liver and kidney transplantations as well as the surgical treatment of portal hypertension.
