Our residents are a dynamic group of physicians, united by passion for clinical medicine, health equity, scholarship, and teaching. By the numbers, our residents:

• Include 47 percent women and 53 percent men (matching national trends in gender identities of IM residents)
• Pursue subspecialty (60 percent) and general medicine careers (40 percent)
