If you are under 18, requires parental consent and also requires the parent to view the Vaccine Information Sheets and sign an acknowledgment.

• HPV (3-dose vaccination; works to prevent the common types of HPV which can cause cancer)
• Hepatitis B (helps protect against a virus that damages the liver)
• PV (Polio vaccination: protects against nerve damage, which may lead to paralysis)
• MMR (works against measles, mumps, and rubella)
• TD (boosts immunity to diphtheria and tetanus)
• Tdap (boosts immunity to diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough)
• Varicella (protects against chickenpox)
• Hepatitis A (helps protect against inflammation of the liver)
• MCV 4 (helps protect against meningococcal disease like meningitis or sepsis (bloodstream infection))
• PPD (tuberculosis skin test: requires two visits to the doctor. In the first visit, you receive a shot. In the second visit, the doctor determines if you have an immune response to the test and can diagnose tuberculosis).

All vaccines are administered at our School-Based Clinic locations (Milby, Tejano, Wisdom, and Worthing).

Meningitis and HPV vaccines are administered at all Teen Health Clinic locations.
